James Bond Db5 , The Aston Martin DB5 was the subject of a full nut and bolt rebuild, from 2007 to 2011. The car was re-finished in it's original factory colour,
Silver Birch, which was the same colour as the Aston Martin DB5 in Thunderball and Goldfinger. The other work included, a fully refurbished engine, wheels and chassis. You only have to look at the pictures to see that the restoration was better then a complete success
This iconic James Bond car is now available to hire out for any film work, promotional events and photoshoots. Notable projects for the Aston include; a photoshoot at the Grosvenor Hotel for Hello Magazine, with Mark Wright (from the Only Way Is Essex) posing as James bond. And filming work in Prague for a large brand.
The DB5 is famous for being the first and most recognised cinematic James Bond car. It has been featured in several films, most notably Goldfinger, Thunderball, Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, Casino Royale and the upcoming Skyfall.
