vince young broke

vince young broke, In six years, Vince Young has apparently gone from football star to unemployed and financially struggling.
It's a big fall for a player who signed a rookie contract worth about $26 million in guaranteed money in 2006 after he was selected as the third overall pick by Tennessee. "I would just say that Vince needs a job," Young's attorney Trey Dolezal told the Associated Press.

Young was cut by the Buffalo Bills, his third NFL team, in August. Young's attorneys claim that his former agent, Major Adams, and a North Carolina financial planner, Ronnie Peoples, mismanaged his money, forged his signature and impersonated him in emails and phone calls.

Lawyers for Adams and Peoples dispute that claim, arguing that Young squandered his own money. "This is a person scrambling helplessly and pointing in all directions to blame others to get out of debt," Adams' attorney, Charles Peckham, told the Associated Press. Young is suing Adams and Peoples, alleging that they misappropriated $5.5 million. "

They conspired to take Vince's money," Dolezal said. "It's that simple. Regardless of which side is correct, it's a sad situation for a football player who seemed to have such a bright future after leading Texas to a Rose Bowl victory in 2006.
