Kat Von D

Kat Von D Comes Out with ‘Tragically Romantic’ Music Album, Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D is also a model, fashion designer, writer and artist, but she’s still looking to branch out. Kat has just confirmed that she’s working on her debut music album, which will, of course, be inspired by Jesse James.

It would seem that, while keeping very mum on the topic of her sometimes-troubled (as per reports) romance with James, Kat has decided to break her silence.

She will be putting all the angst and frustration she was left with in song, E! Online informs, after speaking to the star herself.

“I’ve been passionate about music all my life. I’ve been playing classical piano since I was six. So I understand the form, but it will be fun to be able to translate a message,” Kat says for the celebrity publication.

Not only is she not a stranger to making music, but Kat also believes that singing should be no different than tattooing, since both are creative processes.

Consequently, if she does the latter and she does it well, she should be able to do the former as well, to the same excellent results.

“I think it’s much like tattooing or the TV show or makeup, my clothing line, fashion. All those things, they’re just different outlets to be able to be creative. So music, I think it’s going to be one of those things,” she says for E!.

Listing among her favorites The Cure and Depeche Mode, Kat says her first album will be “dark” and “tragically romantic,” which has prompted many to instantly conclude that it will be drawing for inspiration on her failed romance with Jesse James.

Speaking of whom, just the other day, Kat admitted on Twitter that he did cheat on her as well, which is why they broke up the second time this year.

“No, my next book will not be about my cheating ex. There are way too many positive and inspiring things to write about instead,” she told her fans and followers.
